What payment methods are accepted?

Currently we accept the following payment methods: 

  1. Bank transfer (recommended). For more information, see Bank Details | BindTuning 
    • If you are purchasing for the first time, please do not transfer to any of the accounts without creating a cart in BindTuning App first, or having a formal PO in (*) 
    • If you are renewing an existing subscription, please inform your account manager that you will be transferring to any of these accounts. 
  2. PayPal-(9% processing fee) 
    • If you are purchasing for the first time, please create a cart in the BindTuning App first; from there, you will be able to pay with PayPal directly 
    • If you are renewing an existing subscription, please inform your account manager, who will send you an invoice and a link to use PayPal
  3. Credit Card-(9% processing fee) 
    • Add your credit card details to https://app.bindtuning.com/billing/payment
    • Reach out to your BindTuning point of contact (Sales Representative or Account Manager) authorizing that we charge your credit card 
    • Note: credit cards won’t be automatically charged once added,

(*) Purchasing orders are accepted within a deadline of 30 days. Please submit your order to orders@bindtuning.com with the following information:  

  • BindTuning account name/email 
  • Item to be purchased/renewed
  • PO number and PDF attached 
  • Billing details: Name, Address, Country, VAT ID

You will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice along with our banking information. 

Your BindTuning account will be provisioned within 24 business hours.
