When opening the edit mode on a page, the title bar would not appear if a title wasn't previously set. This fix was reported, but not included, in the previous release.

List picker is now storing relative URLs of the lists. This fixes issues on SharePoint On-premises when a user is working in a different network than the one used to configure the web part
