Fixed a race condition that would sometimes lead to web parts on the page to not load correctly.

Fixed : Fixed issue where the list picker would fail to load certain lists

Fixed an issue in the list picker that would cause it to not load lists with trailing spaces in the title.  

Fixed  (Modern) : Fixed issue where links were not opening on a new window

Fixed an issue where links for the same domain were being opened on the same window even if the web part was configured to open the link on a new window.

Every time the web part was saved, some events like web part refresh and notifications were being duplicated

In some layouts, the "Department" and "Job Title" fields would overflow out of the card.
