Open a support request

When you need assistance resolving an issue with BindTuning products tickets can be submitted directly to our Team. This page provides guidance on how to submit a support ticket. When you register on the BindTuning site, automatically you have an account on our support system. 

  1. Login at https://support.bindtuning.com/hc/en-us with your BindTuning account
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Submit a Request
  3. Fill the form with:
    • Subject: A title for your request that allows you to identify quickly this request
    • Description: Description of your issue with the possible description of how the BindTuning support team can reproduce the issue. If possible with information like Platform, version and BindTuning product will help to identify the issue, the images will also help to rapidly verify your question. 
    • Let us know the reason for your contact: Select a reason for your request.
    • Attachments: If possible include images to help identify the root cause of the issue. 
  4. Click to Submit the request. 

Alternatively, you can send an email to support@bindtuning.com with the same information, all the files attached to the email will be added as Attachments on our support system.
