Fix release: update to vX.X.X.8

• Updated: All custom page layouts names were changed to remove "_". If duplicate page layouts appear in the page layout dropdown, proceed as explained in our KB article: http://support.bind.pt/hc/en-us/articles/207613396
• Fixed: SharePoint rich text editor missing options.

Orchard

• Added: Support ".woff2" files in web.config
