Is support included before purchase?

Before purchase we can answer pre-sale questions, related to licensing, your BindTuning account or other general pre-sale issues.

Software Assurance is only included after purchase. If you're still testing trials, we may answer questions related to the theme, but solving technical issues is not included in this stage.
