How do I get a refund for a duplicate purchase?

In some cases duplicate purchases occur. Either by a mistake clicking the purchase button twice, either by a problem in processing your purchase and registering it twice.

In either case, and as long as you haven't downloaded both products, please contact us and we will refund one of your purchases immediately.
