If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Since BindTuning provides live trials of our solution we rarely are in a position where a refund is needed. We strongly encourage our clients to first test the theme before completing the purchase. Read more about trials.

Please note that due to the nature of digital goods, a refund can only be granted if the item was not downloaded after purchasing, if the item is defective, or if the item does not work as described in the item's description. See section 8 in the end-user license agreement for conditions where a refund is warranted. License can be found in your theme details page.

Refunding in other cases would unfairly penalize the theme developer.
