If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Since BindTuning provides live trials of our solution we rarely are in a position where a refund is needed. We strongly encourage our clients to first test our BindTuning products before completing the purchase. Read more about trials.

Due to the nature of digital goods, and according to our Terms & Conditions, a refund can only be granted if the item was not downloaded/installed after purchasing, if the item is defective, or if the item does not work as described in the item's description.

Sometimes, duplicate purchases occur. Either by a mistake clicking the purchase button twice, or by a problem in processing your purchase and registering it twice. In both cases, as long as you haven't downloaded/installed both products, we will refund one of your purchases as soon as possible.
