What situations will result in crediting my account?

After purchase you may decide you don't like your product, but technically there is nothing wrong with it. In these situations please contact us and explain your issue, we may be able to provide a partial credit to your BindTuning account which can be used in a later purchase.

This type of situation does not entitle you to a refund. Make sure to check when refunds apply.
