This release solves the following issues:
- Updates twitter script, to be compliant with Twitter's latest update (Flex-o, Interface and SPC)
- Solves issue in Orchard themes, where Advanced Menu was not working
- SP2013 suite bar in IE8 was always blue. Now inherits theme color
- FontAwesome updated to version 3.2.1
