This release solves the following issues:
- General CSS files optimization, removing duplicate lines
- Form preppend and append styles fixed
- Remove code that injected a select as mobile nav in IE7 and IE8 (not supported by absence of media queries)
- Sharepoint submenus and toolbar icons were not displaying correctly
- Sharepoint popups were displaying unnecessary scrollbars
- Sharepoint ribbon height fixed (Metro only)
