How to Request Tenant-Wide Admin Consent

This article is for users who want to approve permissions for BindTuning. To access all the features our app offers, a global administrator needs to grant tenant-wide consent.

I am not a Global Administrator

If your SharePoint account doesn't have global administrator privileges, you can still request access to BindTuning. Here's how: 

1.    Copy and send this Link to one of the global administrators in your organization.
2.    Describe the required permissions, detailed on our Help Center.
3.    The Global Admin needs to log in to its Microsoft 365 account and click "Accept".
4.     Confirm that the red icon turned green or yellow, if yes, you are all set.

I am a Global Administrator

1. Click the following Link.
2. Log In with your Microsoft 365 account and Click on "Accept".
3. Confirm that the red icon turned green or yellow, if yes, you are all set.

Troubleshooting

Once the consent is approved head back to BindTuning, if the red icon persists beside your workspace, follow these steps:

1.    Click on your avatar in the top right corner;
2.    Select "Workspace Settings" then, on the left sidebar, click on "Tenant";
3.    Click the refresh icon under your authorized tenant.
