Improvement: Calculations to open the footer drawer on the available space

When the footer contains a lot of content, the panel opens and can't be closed because the button is hidden behind the theme's top elements.
Was improved the calculations to expand the footer panel into the available space on the page.

Fixed: Horizontal submenu inherits the wrong font-family

When the menu wrap option is set to 'Ellipsis', the sub-menu items inherit the wrong font family.
