The renewal message is an essential tool to help content editors prepare for their subscription renewal and avoid product expiration.
The message starts showing 3 months ahead of the renewal and, to minimize its impact, it is only visible to users who meet the following three criteria:
- Users with page editing permissions.
- Users with permission to edit list content.
- Users with permissions to edit permissions, including creating groups and adding people to groups.
The following renewal messages can be shown, depending on where you are in your subscription cycle:
- Before Expiration
- "Your BindTuning product subscription is set to expire on {expiration date}!"
- "Your BindTuning product subscription is set to expire in {daysToExpire} days on {expiration date}!"
- "Your BindTuning product subscription is set to expire tomorrow on {expiration date} "
- After Expiration
- "BindTuning product subscription has expired and will stop working soon! All your site end-users will be notified soon."
- "BindTuning product subscription has expired and will stop working soon! In less than 1 month, all your products will stop displaying content.",
Verify Subscription Status
Verifying your subscription status is the first step towards removing the banner
- Subscription expired - if you still haven't renewed your subscription, we recommend reaching out to your dedicated Account Manager to discuss your renewal options. In case you are unsure about who your Account Manager is or if you don't have a designated Account Manager, you can contact the BindTuning support team via email at support@bindtuning.com. They will be pleased to assist you in the renewal process and provide any necessary information or guidance.
- Subscription renewed - if you have already submitted a renewal request, it is crucial to ensure that both the Theme and Web Parts subscriptions were successfully renewed and that your account is in good standing.
- without renewal confirmation - if you haven't yet received a renewal confirmation, we recommend reaching out to your dedicated Account Manager to confirm that the renewal was correctly processed.
- with renewal confirmation - if you have already received a renewal confirmation

- confirm your payment status - if renewal was processed with a purchase order, please note that, in line with BindTuning Terms & Conditions, payment is due in 30 days. If, after 23 days of receiving the PO, BindTuning has not received payment, the banner will start displaying again to site admins, notifying about payment deadline.
